SEAN HEARN Somatic Therapy

I offer a steady, attuned space for parts-based and somatic work, shaped by years of exploring how the body and nervous system hold experience. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and EMDR, supporting transformation alongside your unfolding process.

I work with an emphasis on relationality and trusting the innate intelligence of your system. Where appropriate, I help clients gain fluency with the frameworks I use, fostering integration, agency, and ownership of the work. My practice is influenced by Polyvagal and Attachment Theory, Craniosacral practice, and Zen Buddhism.

Sessions are unhurried and attentive. We track subtle shifts—sensations, emotions, patterns and protective parts, that shape how you move through the world. The process is collaborative and grounded in presence. My intention is to support a clearer, more embodied relationship with yourself, so that regulation, resilience, ease, and meaning can emerge and deepen over time.
